Discovering The Light Menu at Divvy Restaurant

For a restaurant that is maintaining its quality and service like divvy, it’s very challenging to come up with a light menu for people who are pursuing a healthy lifestyle. As a foodie lover pursuing this habit, we are always keen to try new places with a high-quality/service standard; this time for a light menu.

Developing healthy eating habits isn’t as restrictive as many people imagine. You can follow the 80/20 rule of eating healthy food 80% of the time and leave 20% of your time to indulge in your favorite treats.

Here at Divvy, the light plates we had were so fulfilling and fun to try out.


1- Salmon Avocado Tacos:

I don’t remember I ate these bites; thanks God I had the time to take at least one shot! These finger food tacos are toothsome. The salmon tartar and avocados are always a good combination when it comes to healthy food.

2- Chicken Summer Rolls:

Rice paper rolls are not my thing, but I tried one to taste the stuffing…I dipped it in the light soya sauce and enjoyed the grilled chicken mixed with rocket leaves, carrots, cucumber and avocado.

3- Mozzarella wraps:

The presentation is very appealing and the stuffing is tempting; as I it’s holding a secret.

At first, you’re going to taste the mozzarella and then indulge yourself in a sequence of flavors consisting of glazed balsamic vinegar, the pesto cherry tomatoes mixed along with the rocket leaves.

4- Halloumi veggie skewers:

It’s a good choice since it’s simple and very light; consisting of grilled light halloumi, cherry tomatoes, squash and zucchini skewers.

1- Cranberry Chicken Salad:

This one is a thumb up because it contains all the proteins, vitamins and nutrients we need to preserve a healthy lifestyle. The combination is well merged. The juicy grilled chicken with the iceberg lettuce, dried cranberries, baby spinach, shredded carrots mixed with light yogurt dressing.

2- Asian Sesame Steak Salad:

I honestly chose this plate as favorite, the grilled Australian grass-fed beef mixed with the sesame dressing is epic! The taste is flavorful and delectable. Not to forgot the lettuce sliced cucumber and shredded carrots as a salad base.

1- Turkey and cheese sandwich

When you look at it, it seems dry with the normal taste of turkey and cheese sandwich, But! When you make the first move to bite it, you will see the difference, thanks to the high quality of smocked turkey, light Emmental cheese, pickles, lettuce and of course! The special Divvy Light Ginger Sauce.

1- Light Grilled Chicken Filet:

First the presentation it is very welcoming with the baked potato and the green beans aside.

Second, the grilled chicken was chewed thoughtfully.

Light chocolate tart:

I never thought of tasting a chocolate tart as light as this one. The condensed amount of chocolate with its smooth taste was very enjoyable and yummy.
