Red Quinoa & Chicken breast topped with olive oil, ginger and pomegranate dressing:
The super grain quinoa offers a double punch of nutrition by being both high in fiber and in protein. The Chicken breast, low in calories, yet high in protein, makes it perfect for weight maintenance. Avocados are naturally nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals. To add juiciness to the salad, cucumber, yellow bell pepper and cherry tomatoes were added for additional minerals and vitamins.
Chicken Breast With light pesto sandwich:
This sandwich consist of Chicken breast, baked potato, lettuce and pickles with a touch of light pesto. Although the sandwich is so simple, yet so delicious and rich in vitamins, minerals and protein.
Not to forget to mention that the bread they use is a healthy brown bread prepared specially for SLR Gym by Lily’s Downtown.
