Trust me, I’m practicing it two months straight at SLR Gym with the pump class and I’m feeling great. I can amazingly tell the difference with my body. I feel strong, motivated, and happy with every time I hit the class. The atmosphere is very friendly and it’s always fun.

1- LOSING BODY FAT & BURNING MORE CALORIES

Weight training builds muscle, as lean muscle increases so does metabolism. A higher metabolism means that you will burn more calories all day long. The more intense the workout the more calories are burned.
