Business Lunch - Caffe Mondo

As OuiSociety, The choice was Caffé Mondo.

Our visit was worth a try, the salad bar’s freshness and variety was very tempting, in addition to the business lunch selected menu.

Since we’re two, we had the chance to try the whole menu - sharing is caring ;) this is a huge benefit once you’re going with a friend.

Starting with the beef carpaccio with arugula and parmesan salad, this plate was so fresh and palatable. I had to add the balsamic sauce to add a touch of agro dolce taste.

The smoked salmon with caper berries and a squeeze of lemon was divine; I couldn’t share it with anyone although it was a very big portion for one person. Literally, it serves 4 persons.

The Salmone alla Griglia had a balanced taste with a combination of spinach and rice. The dish is 100% healthy and full of proteins, suitable for any business person who’s seeking for a balanced life.

OuiSociety chose the Pollo Paillard; the grilled chicken breast with arugula and potatoes. Although the dish had a lack of flavor, I added balsamic sauce to make it juicy and mouthwatering.

Ending with the dessert! The vanilla ice cream with fruits was very delicious.

The almond lemon cake with apricot marmalade was dry, I suggest adding aside a scoop of Gelato.
