Did you ever thought of learning a sort of dance type and started questioning yourself: how am I going to have the time to do it? I know that I don’t have the time, better not to think about it.
But wait a minute, if it’s not today, then when?
We will always stay busy with our work and stuff, if you have this mentality, you will never learn of practicing something new.
I was one of these people, thinking of the time spent, learning Latino dance. But with fitness zone, it’s different. Now I feel the belonging of a club where I can attend different type of classes, from Power classes to Yoga as well, swimming, working out and spending a good time in one spot.
Today is my second time at the LATINO Dance with the professional dancer Marwan Jammal, I’m really spending a great time moving to the melodies of enchanting Latin music.

Learning the basic steps with a professional instructor is much easier than you think.
While many more advanced steps exist, it's always best to start with the basic step executed in each style of Latin dancing. Once you've mastered the basics, you will be better able to interpret the advanced steps and turns that you see professionals doing it as part of the dance.
It’s never too late to start Latino, we always enjoy life better when the soul is dancing.
