5 main healthy problems treated by Garlic

We all know that garlic is used as a flavoring in cooking but few of us know the importance of garlic and benefits as well it can be used for other purposes ; we will mention the vitamins and nutrients found in garlic, in addition to how the garlic can cure some health & skin problems.

Garlic is low in calories and very rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Manganese. It also contains trace amounts of various other nutrients like Selenium, Calcium & Potassium.

Garlic is widely used as a medicine for several health problems :

An antibiotic since it contains the Diallyl sulfide that can fight the Campylobacter bacterium,

A heart protector and we should thank here the Diallyl trisulfide, a component of garlic oil used during cardiac surgery and post heart attack.

A helper in Lowering the Cholesterol level & blood pressure.

A fighter for cold in winter times because of its antioxidant content that can boost your immune system by sipping garlic tea; garlic should be chopped and added to a hot cup of water. A bit of honey and ginger can help as well with improving the taste a bit. I tried it and helped a lot!

Besides to its health benefits, we must mention the importance in treating some skin problems.

Grow beautiful hair with garlic

The Allicin found in garlic is a big facture in ending the hair loss problems.

You can prepare a hair mask by adding slices of garlic mixed with garlic oil or olive oil to give your hair shining and strength.

Garlic clears acne. I’m 100% sure that you never thought of rubbing a sliced clove of garlic on a pimple but the antioxidants found in garlic can kill bacteria and get rid of blemishes. You can use this treatment before bed on a clean skin.

Soothe psoriasis, sore cold and splinter with garlic by rubbing a slice of garlic on the infected skin.

Treat athlete's foot with garlic. With its anti-fungal properties, garlic could be a good way to get rid of itchy athlete's foot. Soak your feet in a bath of warm water and crushed garlic.
