Aaron Siskind.I was so glad to attend the CCCL Oasis of Hope launched yesterday on Monday April 11th at 6:30pm at the Zaitunay Bay Main Entrance (facing Marina Tower).
Under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Michel Pharaon, and with the presence of Mrs. Nora Jumblat the president of the Childrens Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL), renowned photographers, supporters, CCCL Board, team, patients and parents!
The exhibition Oasis of Hope is entitled by What has helped me to overcome the cancer, formed by 8 photographers who gave their time and helped the children from their heart to learn how to take pictures with different topics renewable nature, fondling cats, seaside, Family of Love, Friends Forever, craving Food, Times fun and colors and music, through these images, the young children revealed their dreams, feelings and hopes.
The process was a big strength for them to overcome the disease.Referring to the oasis of hope, a traveling exhibition will be in tour in several areas of Lebanon, spreading hope and mission of the Childrens Cancer Center of Lebanon.
